Source. OSHA Injury Tracking Application, Form 300A summary data for calendar years 2023, 2024, 2025, downloaded 2026-09-19. Public domain. 383,282 establishments filed for 2025.

Rates. TRC = (days-away + restricted/transfer + other recordable cases) × 200,000 ÷ total hours worked; DART = (days-away + restricted/transfer) × 200,000 ÷ hours. Computed per establishment and per year exactly as OSHA and BLS define them.

Plausibility checks. A filing gets no rate when hours per employee fall outside 300–4,000 or recordable cases exceed twice the headcount. These are InjuryRate screening thresholds, not OSHA or BLS validity rules; they may exclude legitimate filings. Excluded filings still count toward fatality totals, still appear in search with their raw counts, and every comparison group shows how many were included.

Benchmarks. Median and quartiles of establishment TRC/DART within the same 6-digit NAICS code, from these filings, when at least 20 sites filed; otherwise the 4-, 3- or 2-digit NAICS group. "Hours-weighted" pools all cases and hours in the group. These benchmarks describe the reporting establishments included here, not all U.S. employers; BLS estimates use survey weights and pooled cases and hours, so the figures are not directly interchangeable.

Companies. Sites are grouped by the parent company name as filed (normalized for punctuation and suffixes such as Inc. or LLC). Company pages need 5 or more filing sites; establishment pages need 250 or more average employees. Everything else is searchable.

Refresh. OSHA posts each year's filings after the March 2 deadline and updates them through the year; the site is rebuilt when a new file lands.
